On Tuesday afternoon, Jim Harbaugh talked about his top two RBs — Karan Higdon and Chris Evans — and their status for Week 4.
Higdon missed Week 3, while Evans is currently hurt with an injury and Harbaugh said that the two backs are currently day-to-day. Fair enough. No reason to not believe Harbaugh, right?
Maybe not. Maybe we should doubt him. Hours after Harbaugh’s update, Wolverines fullback Ben Mason said that Higdon and Evans have practiced this week and he thinks that they both will be good to go:

Who do we trust? Harbaugh? Mason? Neither of them? Both?
Who knows.
We’ll find out for sure at noon on Saturday when Michigan plays Nebraska. The game will be televised on FS1.
