Iowa had zero giveaways on offense through its first four games of the season. The Wolverines changed that in a big way on the road against Michigan on Saturday.

The Hawkeyes coughed up a fumble and then quarterback Nate Stanley threw two interceptions in the first half.

First, Michigan senior defensive back Josh Metellus intercepted Stanley two plays after Wolverines quarterback Shea Patterson tossed his own pick during the first quarter. Then late in the first half, Stanley threw a pass down the sidelines close to the pylon, which Michigan senior defensive back Lavert Hill brought in for another interception.

But Iowa is hanging around in Ann Arbor. Michigan turned its three takeaways into only three points in the first half, and while the Wolverines defense has looked great, Michigan only leads 10-3 at halftime.
