Well Michigan fans, enjoy your moment. Donovan Edwards buried Ohio State with a huge TD run late in the fourth quarter.

Edwards’ clutch score guarantees that Michigan is going to beat Ohio State in Columbus for the first time since 2000. Shortly after the score, Michigan players started waving goodbye to the Ohio State fans at Ohio Stadium.

J.J. McCarthy, Mazi Smith, and Mike Sainristil were just some of the players who took part in the wave. Michigan went on to win the game 45-23 after an interception from C.J. Stroud to Makari Paige.

This has been a long time coming for Michigan fans. A win in Columbus in this rivalry is a rare feat.

McCarthy finished the game with 263 yards passing and 4 total touchdowns. Smith had 4 total tackles, while Sainristil had 7 total tackles.

Michigan will await the winner of the B1G West as Purdue is in the B1G title game with a win over Indiana. If the Boilermakers lose, Illinois can clinch with a win over Northwestern.
