Michigan appeared to have lost the game on a touchdown catch to Minnesota’s Drew Wolitarsky. But he was ruled down at the 1-yard line with 19 seconds left. Minnesota then didn’t realize that the clock was running and an incomplete pass meant the game came down to one goal-line play.
Minnesota elected to go for the win with a sneak up the middle.
And the Wolverines delivered.
