Michigan State football has announced its captains ahead of its game against Rutgers on Saturday.

MSU’s three captains for Week 11 are redshirt WR Jayden Reed, S Xavier Henderson and P Bryce Baringer.

Coming off last week’s 23-15 upset win over Illinois, the Spartans have a confident energy spewing into this game.

Reed has 458 receiving yards on the season, so far. He also has a total of 4 touchdowns and 41 receptions. Henderson has a total of 13 solo tackles on the season and two forced fumbles.

Baringer has made strides for special teams with an average of 50 yards per punt, his longest punt being 70 yards this season.

It’s no shock that all three of these Spartans will be the captains in Saturday’s game. Each have been putting forth effort on the defense, offense and for special teams.

Michigan State will host Rutgers in a B1G game at Spartan Stadium at noon ET Saturday.
