Michigan State to wear ‘icy’ uniform combination in Week 3 vs Iowa

Saturday’s weather forecast for central Iowa is for sunny and warm.

While an odd temperature for November, the Michigan State football team will be breaking out the “ice white” look for their game against the Hawkeyes in Iowa City. The look will mark the first time this year Michigan State will break out the white helmets.

Along with the white helmets, the Spartans will go with the white-on-white uniforms and pants for an all-white look. It is a very clean look for the road trip.

The Spartans are looking to build on the momentum from last Saturday’s 27-24 upset win over Michigan.
