This is one way to recognize a complete effort!

Michigan’s defense was simply on another level against Iowa in Week 6. The Wolverines forced four turnovers, held the Hawkeyes to 261 total yards, and allowed just one field goal.

A performance that dominant required a special recognition. That’s exactly what the coaching staff decided in naming their Players of the Week.

Michigan Football shared the selections on Monday, and every defensive starter was recognized as the Defensive Players of the Week. See for yourself:

Among that group, DL Aidan Hutchinson received additional recognition. He was tabbed as the B1G’s Defensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Hopefully, the defense keeps on rolling against Illinois.
