Michigan tight end Brady Prieskorn had to be carted off the field during pre-game warmups after suffering an injury prior to Saturday’s game against Ohio State.

It’s unclear what happened to Prieskorn during warmups, but multiple reports said he appeared to suffer a leg injury. Here’s video of Prieskorn being carted off:

That’s bad news for the Wolverines, who are already without start tight end Colston Loveland for this game. Loveland is expected to be one of the first tight ends off the board in the 2025 NFL Draft, but he’s dealing with an injury on Saturday.

However, it’s unlikely Prieskorn would have played a big role vs. Ohio State. He has not recorded a catch yet this season. Instead, Max Brederson and Marlin Klein are candidates to have a bigger role in the passing game on Saturday vs. the Buckeyes.

Prieskorn is in the midst of his true freshman season. He was a 4-star recruit in the class of 2024 out of Rochester, Michigan.
