Michigan football’s social media team had an ace up its sleeve following the Wolverines’ 24-15 win over Penn State at Beaver Stadium.

The main story for the Wolverines was what their response would be with Jim Harbaugh serving the 1st of a 3-game suspension amid allegations of sign-stealing by the program. With offensive coordinator Sherrone Moore serving as acting head coach in Harbaugh’s absence, the Wolverines saw Blake Corum carry 26 times for 145 yards and 2 touchdowns as they improved to 10-0 on the season.

They did it in front of the 2nd-largest crowd in Beaver Stadium history (110,856). Following the game, Michigan dealt one more blow to Penn State with a well-timed troll of Penn State’s attendance tweet, as you can see below:

Michigan will hold steady in the College Football Playoff Top 4 when the updated rankings are released on Tuesday. It heads to Maryland on Nov. 18 before hosting Ohio State on Nov. 25 in Ann Arbor, a contest that looks more and more as if it will decide the B1G East.
