One Michigan wide receiver is heading to the transfer portal after the national title win.
According to Rivals, receiver Jake Thaw is heading to the portal after 4 seasons in the program. He did not see game action his first two seasons in the program but saw action throughout 2023 as a punt returner.

The veteran Thaw led Michigan with 16 punt returns this season, but Tyler Morris and Semaj Morgan came on late in the season. Morgan, a true freshman, looks primed for a key role at the position in spite of some miscues in the College Football Playoff.
Though he does play receiver, Thaw did not record a catch or a carry with the offense during his career. Best of luck to Thaw as he looks to the portal after winning a title with the Wolverines.
