Minnesota has added an elite wide receiver transfer from the portal, Western Michigan’s Corey Crooms. The senior wideouts has 1 remaining year of eligibility and is fresh off the best year of his career with the Broncos.
Crooms presents a valuable asset in the slot, where the Golden Gophers struggled to see production last season.

Crooms went off for 814 yards receiving and 5 touchdowns last season, rounding out his career totals at Western Michigan at 1,762 yards and 12 touchdowns.
And he’s fast, too. Check him out on this 74-yard touchdown connection to cut the deficit against Ohio earlier in the season.

Crooms was one of the best receivers in the MAC last season and was a 2nd-team all-conference player. He should make a quick impact for the Gophers.
