Minnesota announced 3 additions to P.J. Fleck’s football staff on Thursday. The new hires do not affect the Golden Gophers’ staff of on-field assistant position coaches and coordinators.
Fleck has added a graduate assistant and 2 analysts. Minnesota announced that Shaq Vann has been named an offensive graduate assistant. Keegan O’Hara has joined the staff as an offensive analyst and Dennis Dottin-Carter is now with the Gophers as a senior defensive analyst.
Vann joins the Gophers after 2 seasons at Eastern Michigan, his alma mater, as an offensive graduate assistant. EMU is coming off of a 9-win season that included a bowl victory.
O’Hara steps up to the analyst role after serving as a graduate at Ohio State, working with Buckeyes wide receivers in 2022. OSU had one of the top receiving corps in the country this past season.
Dottin-Carter heads to the B1G after helping Yale to an Ivy League championship in 2022. Dottin-Carter served as assistant head coach, co-defensive coordinator and defensive line coach.
Welcome to Minnesota, Shaq, Keegan and Dennis!
