Minnesota previously announced the date of the annual spring game on April 30 at Huntington Bank Stadium. That contest is set for 1 pm and will be broadcast on BTN.
Minnesota is also encouraging its fans to bring decorated oars to the spring game. Those oars will be used to line the tunnel where the Gophers travel from the locker room to the field.
During the 2021 season, head coach PJ Fleck led the Gophers to a 9-4 record and win in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl.
