Minnesota teases Week 2 uniforms with ‘Spooky Season’ trailer

Minnesota definitely went with a Halloween-themed video to tease the uniform combination for Week 2.
This weekend, the Gophers head to a road contest against Maryland. It will be a showdown between two teams searching for their first win of the season after both lost in blowout fashion in Week 1.
As the team continues preparation on the field, Minnesota’s media team put together a nice teaser video for fans. Though some of the details are hard to make out, it looks like the Gophers are rolling with a white uniform and gold helmet with a white facemask.

Hopefully the Gophers can play well and shake off the rust that plagued the team in the season opener. While the B1G West remains wide open, a second early loss would be very detrimental to Minnesota’s hopes this season.
