Ohio State is a football team that is filled with4- or 5-star players that can make a tremendous play every week. However, even the Buckeyes like an underdog story.
This past Saturday, Ohio State went on the road to beat Rutgers by a huge score of 52-13. At the beginning of the second quarter, senior walk-on tight end Mitch Rossi recorded his first career touchdown from quarterback C.J. Stroud.
This was the second-ever career reception for Rossi as a Buckeye. Rossi was named Buck of the Week for his impact performance:

Rossi is a player that has played a key role for the special teams unit for the past two seasons by playing in all 22 games. The senior claimed that the Rutgers defense was expecting running back Master Teague to get the hand-off for a potential one-yard touchdown. Rossi praised Teague more for his ability to block the potential coverage players of Rutgers.
