Mohamed Ibrahim went on a tear vs. Colorado in Week 3. As a result, Ibrahim now has a Minnesota record under his belt. While that game is still in the fourth quarter, Ibrahim’s work is likely done for the day with a huge lead for the Gophers.

In the third quarter, Ibrahim ripped off a 15-yard gain against the Buffs. That carry pushed him north of 200 yards rushing on the afternoon and cemented his name into Minnesota’s all-time records.

Ibrahim is now the only Gopher to post 4 games of 200+ rushing yards:

If his day is indeed done, Ibrahim leaves Week 3 with a performance of 23 carries for 202 yards and 3 touchdowns. In the process, Ibrahim has tied the program record for rushing touchdowns.

Holding that TD record by himself will have to wait another week, but he will undoubtedly go down as a Gopher legend.
