Nebraska capitalizes on Jonathan Taylor’s incredible catch, miraculous fumble along sideline

No. 14 Wisconsin is traveling to Nebraska’s Lincoln Stadium Saturday afternoon to try and win and stay alive in the Big Ten West division race.

In the first quarter, Wisconsin forced a Nebraska punt immediately. Then, on the Badgers’ first possession, it was starting to march down the field and get into Huskers territory.

However, running back Jonathan Taylor produced one of the more unique plays you’ll see today to stop the Badgers’ drive. Take a look at this insane catch that he makes, followed by a fumble that somehow stays inbounds:

Again, what a catch. That will go over well with the NFL talent evaluators. But then, the fumble. How in the world did that stay inbounds?

Nebraska was able to capitalize on the Taylor fumble and fortuitous bounce by scoring on the ensuing possession. Currently, the two teams are tied 7-7 starting the second quarter. The game can be found on BTN.
