Nebraska’s 2023 recruiting class is now up to 6 commitments.
The Huskers received a verbal pledge from 3-star receiver and Missouri native Jaidyn Doss late on Friday. He made his announcement with a post on Twitter, joining a class that currently ranks in the Top 40 nationally per 247Sports composite score.
“I would like to thank Coach Busch for recruiting me and Coach Joseph for believing in my ability,” Doss wrote on Twitter. “At this time, I would like to announce I am committing to play football for Coach Frost at the University of Nebraska.”

Doss had received a dozen offers at the time of his pledge. He picked Nebraska over Colorado, Illinois, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Oregon and TCU.
Per 247Sports, Doss is listed as a 6-foot, 195-pound wide receiver in the 2023 cycle. He ranks as the No. 62 player at his position and cracks the Top 500 overall. Doss comes in at No. 12 among Missouri prospects.
