Cancellation, loss, loss.

That’s how Nebraska’s 2018 season has begun. Not too pretty.

Week 4 gave the Cornhuskers a chance at something great: a Big Ten upset. Nebraska had to travel to face No. 19 Michigan and were underdogs to pull off the victory.

In the first half, the ability to get that upset appears just about impossible. Michigan has dominated to this point. keeping Nebraska to just 17 total yards while amassing over 300 yards of its own.

The score was 39-0 at halftime. Nebraska has never trailed by that much:

In 2007, the Huskers trailed Oklahoma State 38-0. But this 39-0 deficit just was that much worse. It’s incredible when a statistic like this pops up for a football program like Nebraska because of the long history the Cornhuskers have had.

Nebraska-Michigan can be watched on FS1.
