Nebraska gearing up for a trip across the pond

Week 0’s battle between Nebraska and Northwestern is one of the most anticipated games of the year for the sole reason that it is the first college football matchup between Power 5 opponents in 2022.
And it’s not even happening within the confines of the country. The game is set to be played at 5:30 p.m. (12:30 ET) at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland.
Nebraska equipment released a video of gear they’ll be taking to Ireland on August 27:

This game will represent the third try of college football attempting to play in Ireland in the past few years. Nebraska and Northwestern’s spot was supposed to be played between Notre Dame and an opponent in 2020 prior to COVID-19, as was last season’s Illinois and Nebraska college football kickoff.
It seems like this iteration will go on as planned. Nebraska left for the matchup on Monday afternoon:
