It’s looking like Nebraska is going to have some players missing from the Illinois game. Lincoln Journal Star’s Luke Mullin reported that four players are going be out.
OL Broc Bando, OL Kevin Williams, TE Chris Hickman, and RB Gabe Ervin Jr. are reportedly not going to playing in the game.
This is going to be Bando’s second straight game that he’s missed. Bando was also unable to play against Purdue on Oct. 15 as well.
#Huskers not suited up today include OL Broc Bando, OL Kevin Williams, TE Chris Hickman, WR Omar Manning and RB Gabe Ervin.
Bando is a notable absence, as the starting guard misses his second straight game.

Hickman has played in two games so far for Nebraska this season. Ervin has appeared in 5 games and has 82 yards rushing on the season.
Williams has four games under his belt with one start on the offensive line. Nebraska has relied on Bando as the Husker offensive lineman started the first six games before his injury kept him out of the Purdue game.
We’ll keep posted if any further updates come out before kickoff. Illinois-Nebraska starts at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
