Scott Frost reportedly has a vacancy in his off-field staff. FootballScoop is reporting that Nebraska Director of Football Operations Adam Clark is leaving to become assistant athletic director and chief of staff for coach Dave Doeren at NC State.
Clark joined Nebraska in 2017. According to his team bio, Clark worked with Chief of Staff Gerrod Lambrecht and Associate Athletic Director for Football Matt Davison “to assist in the day-to-day operations of the football program.” His salary was revealed to be $125,000 in May 2017. Prior to joining NU, Clark was an off-field staffer at Minnesota under Jerry Kill from 2011-17.
Clark’s departure gives second-year Cornhuskers head coach Scott Frost the opportunity to add a familiar face to his off-field staff.
