Nebraska has revealed new alternate uniforms it will don during the 2025 season.

The Huskers will be wearing all black on Nov. 1 when they take on USC. The high-profile matchup between college football blue bloods figures to be one of the biggest games of the week.

These uniforms, created by Adidas, feature the phrase “Tradition of Winning” on the inner neck line.

Here’s a look at the announcement video, which gives an up-close look at the new uniforms:

Nebraska does have a long history with black uniforms, but this will be the first time since 2020 the Huskers have worn them for a game.

Nebraska is entering a pivotal season under Matt Rhule. The Huskers snapped their bowl drought by going 6-6 last season, but they’re hoping to take another step forward in 2025 and potentially compete for a CFP berth.

However, Nebraska will have to start winning Big Ten games at a higher rate in order to accomplish that goal. The Cornhuskers have gone 3-6 in conference play in each of Rhule’s first 2 seasons at the helm.

Nebraska will open the 2025 season against Cincinnati on Aug. 28.
