New Michigan State DE, Florida transfer believes Spartans capable of winning it all

Khris Bogle brought a ton of confidence to East Lansing from Gainesville. The newest Michigan State defensive end has high individual and team goals for the upcoming season.

Speaking with reporters on Tuesday, Bogle laid out some of his individual goals. He wants to be a first-team All-B1G and All-American selection and also wants to be on the honor roll academically.

As far as the team goals, Bogle believes the sky is the limit. Per Matt Charboneau of The Detroit News, Bogle says Michigan State has what’s necessary to compete for a national title.

Last year, Michigan State finished with an 11-2 record and defeated Pitt in the Peach Bowl. The Spartans were the only team in the regular season to hand B1G champion Michigan a loss.

Bogle played in 11 games for the Gators last season, totaling 23 tackles and 3.5 for loss. Over the course of his three seasons at Florida, the defensive end piled up 69 stops with 8 sacks, 2 pass break-ups and a forced fumble.

Bogle is expected to make significant contributions on Michigan State’s defensive line in 2022.
