NFL Network’s Bucky Brooks ranks Top 5 QBs for 2021 NFL Draft

The ranking of the Top 5 quarterbacks in the 2021 NFL Draft class varies based on analyst. Everyone agrees that Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence is the No. 1 guy, but after that, there are several different opinions on how the other four stack up.

NFL Network’s Bucky Brooks recently re-evaluated the Top 5 quarterbacks in the class. He still has Lawrence in that No. 1 spot, but the question is, who does he have pegged as No. 2?

Ohio State’s Justin Fields locks down that No. 2 spot in Brooks’ rankings. Some of critiqued the former Buckeye for hanging on to the football for too long and struggling to look past his first read. Brooks doesn’t really see it that way.

Here’s a look at how Brooks ranked the Top 5 quarterbacks:

• No. 1: Trevor Lawrence, Clemson
• No. 2: Justin Fields, Ohio State
• No. 3: Zach Wilson, BYU
• No. 4: Trey Lance, North Dakota State
• No. 5: Mac Jones, Alabama
