Six Buckeyes are amongst the 100 best players in the NFL, according to the league’s new ranking.

The NFL revealed the final names on its list on Sunday afternoon, as the regular season is set to begin in two weeks.

Joey Bosa led all former Buckeyes as he’s ranked No. 32. Bosa is entering his sixth NFL season with the Los Angeles Chargers.

Surprisingly, his brother, Nick, was left out of the top 100 this season. He came in at No. 17 last year but played in just two games a year ago due to injury.

Here’s every Buckeye who made the top 100 this year:

  • No. 32: Los Angeles Chargers DE Joey Bosa
  • No. 57: Pittsburgh Steelers DL Cameron Heyward
  • No. 60: Los Angeles Chargers OL Corey Linsley
  • No. 61: Washington DE Chase Young
  • No. 72: New Orleans Saints WR Michael Thomas
  • No. 86: New Orleans Saints CB Marshon Lattimore

In addition to Nick Bosa, another notable omission from this list is Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott. He dropped off this year’s list after rushing for a career-low 979 yards in 2020.

The NFL will reveal the order of its top 10 players on Saturday.

Ohio State opens its 2021 campaign against Minnesota on Sept. 2.
