After a long-awaited first possession since a long delay due to lightning activity, the Penn State Nittany Lions came out swinging in a way that didn’t look like they had been hampered by the circumstances at all.
The drive continued to showcase the strong level of momentum that Penn State held all day long, including three rushes of 10 or more yards, a strong 13-yard reception by running back Nicholas Singleton and encapsulated in a fantastically executed 40-yard touchdown from once again, none other than Singleton.
He’s been a major factor in the offense’s dominance that has gone completely unmatched by the Mountaineers.
