On Saturday, No. 1 Alabama won once again. Shocking, I know.
The 23-point win over Tennessee was what it was, but Crimson Tide quarterback Tua Tagovailoa got injured during the game and didn’t return. The Crimson Tide fan base, of course, was on edge thinking about the worst possible outcome for their star signal caller.
If Tagovailoa is out for the rest of the season, it certainly would open up College Football Playoff and national title thoughts for other teams. On Sunday, Nick Saban released a statement on Tagovailoa:
Latest on Tua. Same deal as last year but the other ankle. pic.twitter.com/8eovmhC3Yc

If you’re an Alabama fan, you have to be thanking everything for this news. It sounds as though Tagovailoa may miss a game (or potentially two), but for the long term, it appears as though the Heisman Trophy candidate will be back sooner than later.
