Wisconsin is coming off a massive win against No. 19 Iowa, where the Badgers completely dominated the Hawkeyes 27-7 on Saturday afternoon in Madison. The Badgers are rolling after a slow start to the season as they have rattled off 4 straight wins.

The Badgers are now 5-3 (3-2 in B1G play) on the season. They have wins over Eastern Michigan, Illinois, Army, Purdue, and No. 19 Iowa. The Badgers’ 3 losses are against No. 22 Penn State, No. 8 Notre Dame, and No. 9 Michigan. They are tied for 2nd place with Iowa and Purdue in the B1G West behind rival Minnesota.

Head coach Paul Chryst had a press conference Monday to start the week ahead of Wisconsin’s matchup with Rutgers. Chryst had an interesting comment on the age-old saying, “There’s no “I” in team.”

“The great thing about being a part of a team is it’s made up of a lot of individuals, right? I don’t agree with there’s no ‘I’ in team,” said Chryst. “I think the ‘I’ is the best part of the team…but there is something greater than yourself, and that is the team.”

Wisconsin goes on the road to face B1G East foe Rutgers in Piscataway at 3:30 ET on BTN.
