North Carolina standout flips commitment from UNC to Penn State

The Penn State Nittany Lions picked up their 13th commitment.
Three-star WR Emery Simmons flipped his commitment from UNC to Penn State Saturday. Simmons, from Hope Mills, N.C., is ranked as the nation’s No. 62 overall WR and the state’s No. 21 overall prospect, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
He originally committed to the Tar Heels on June 20, but things changed once he visited Penn State this weekend. The 6-foot, 185-pound prospect can make things happen in the open field.
Simmons shared his commitment via Twitter:
