Northwestern is putting in some impressive work on the recruiting trail, holding a top-10 class for 2023 as we head toward Memorial Day weekend.
On Friday, the Wildcats added their 15th commitment of the cycle. This time, it came from defensive lineman Mason Robinson out of Owings Mill, Maryland.
Robinson held a host of Power 5 offers, including from Michigan and Penn State out of the B1G. Miami (FL), Georgia, Oklahoma and Oregon were some of the other notable programs to have offers in on Robinson.
He revealed his commitment via a video on Twitter:

Listed at 6-foot-4 and 230 lbs., Robinson is a 3-star prospect for the class of 2023. The 247 Sports Composite Rankings have Robinson as the No. 8 player out of Maryland and No. 53 DL nationally for the cycle.
Northwestern’s 2023 recruiting class now sits at 15 commitments with Robinson’s addition bringing that group up to No. 6 nationally. It will be interesting to see how the Wildcats add to that group over the summer and fall.
