Garnett Hollis Jr. knew that Northwestern needed some momentum after starting the 2nd half down 21-10 to Duke. He made a play that did just that.

Hollis was covering his receiver when the ball was tipped into his hands, and he bobbled the ball before eventually bringing it down for the Wildcats.

That interception was Hollis’ 1st career, and what a way to get it. Hollis appeared in 5 total games for the Wildcats of all last season. If he keeps making plays like this, Hollis should get even more playing time in 2022.

Northwestern is within striking distance of Duke, down just 21-16 as it stands. Both teams have had 1 turnover in this one. Northwestern lost a fumble in the 3rd quarter.

The Wildcats and Blue Devils are duking it out on FS1, and are in the 3rd quarter.
