Notre Dame unveils icy white ‘Shamrock Series’ alternate uniform for 2022

Notre Dame is getting set for a special road trip in 2022. On Wednesday, the Fighting Irish unveiled an alternate uniform that will be worn for that game.

For the 2022 Shamrock Series uniform, Notre Dame is going with an icy all-white combo with the classic gold dome helmets. We’ll admit the all-white look is nice at first glance, but it is the intricate details that set it apart.

With art deco-styled shoulder stripes and a similar logo on the shoulder and shimmering gold accents, it is a nice alternate for Notre Dame. Here are the full details:

The Irish will wear these uniforms for an Oct. 8 matchup against BYU in Las Vegas. With that in mind, Notre Dame put together a “Hangover” themed trailer to unveil the jerseys.

While that is funny and a nice twist, Notre Dame better make sure to show out in Vegas. Any slip up by the Irish and that trailer is sure to get flipped on its head on social media.
