The transfer portal has become a key aspect of recruiting in college football. With players having the ability to move about without penalty of sitting out a season, there’s a lot more movement in college athletics.

247Sports continues to track the number of players in college football who hit the transfer portal, keeping a tally for the number of players every school loses and gains through this new avenue. Some teams are utilizing much more than others.

Since 247Sports tracks via school, we’re able to take a look at which teams are gaining the most from the transfer portal and which are losing the most.

Here’s a look at the number of players gained, and lost, through the NCAA transfer portal, dating back to last August. All statistics come from 247Sports:
