Official: NFL Draft will proceed virtually, with team personnel participating from their homes

It’s official, the NFL Draft will proceed from April 23-25. How the annual event will be conducted, however, will be quite different than in years before.

Monday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter tweeted out a memo sent out a by the league, explaining how the 2020 NFL Draft will continue. The event will be done virtually, with head coaches and general mangers participating from their homes. NFL personnel will not be permitted to meet at one location, whether that’s at an individual’s house or a team facility.

Schefter says the draft will essentially operate similarly to many Fantasy Football drafts. Below is the announcement the NFL sent out on Monday:
