Recruiting never stops. The 2020 class, even though the Early Signing Period has come and gone, still isn’t completely set yet for many schools.
Beyond 2020, though, coaches must be on the trails thinking about players that won’t be playing for them for numerous years. Recruiting is that intense.

And on Monday, Ohio State got a verbal commitment from a 2021 tight end in Sam Hart, who is a 6-foot-5, 3-star prospect from Aurora, Colorado according to 247Sports Composite:
“It feels right. I don’t know why I’d wait.”

Hart ranks as the No. 365 player overall for 2021 and the No. 15 tight end. As it stands, Hart has scholarship offers from Michigan, Iowa, Nebraska, LSU and others.
With Hart’s commitment, Ohio State’s 2021 class now ranks No. 1 nationally.
