About a week ago, the Ohio State Buckeyes announced that backup quarterback Joe Burrow was out indefinitely after breaking a bone in his throwing hand. There was no timetable announced on when Burrow would return, but it could be soon.

During head coach Urban Meyer’s call-in interview, he said Burrow could be back soon.
Before the injury, Burrow was in battle with redshirt freshman Dwayne Haskins throughout the offseason to serve as J.T. Barrett’s backup.
