Ohio State’s Musa Jallow will miss the Buckeyes game against Morehead State on Wednesday.
Coach Chris Holtmann announced that news on Tuesday afternoon, adding that Jallow is dealing with a “lower leg injury.”
Holtmann said he couldn’t give a timeline for how long Jallow would be out, but didn’t want to project beyond Wednesday’s game.

Jallow, who missed all of last season with an ankle injury, played in Ohio State’s season opener vs. Illinois State. He logged 13 minutes and three rebounds. He did not play against UMass Lowell.
Jallow is a redshirt junior with 23 starts in his career. He averages 2.3 points, 2.2 rebounds and 14.5 minutes per game with the Buckeyes.
Ohio State is 2-0 this season. OSU has remaining nonconference games against Morehead State, Alabama A&M and Notre Dame. The Buckeyes will tip off their Big Ten slate against Purdue on Dec. 16.
