Hopefully she’s taking her share of the credit for Ohio State’s turnaround, because the Buckeyes have now won three straight games.
Because of this hot streak, Ohio State will be playing in the Big Ten Tournament championship game on Sunday afternoon. The Buckeyes will face either Illinois or Iowa in the title game.
Ohio State’s latest win was perhaps its most impressive. The Buckeyes defeated Michigan 68-67 and held off a late run by the Wolverines to get the win. Michigan guard Mike Smith had a chance to win the game in the final seconds, but his 3-pointer was off the mark.
Duane Washington Jr. was Ohio State’s hero on Saturday, scoring 24 points in the win.
Tip-off is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on Sunday.
