Ohio State head coach Ryan Day is one of the best coaches in college football today.
On Saturday morning, College GameDay ran a story not about the Buckeyes and their season but about Day’s mental health journey.
It took a recruiting trip for him to open up about how his mental health struggles.

Day and his wife have started the Ryan and Christina Day fund for pediatric and adolescent mental wellness. Day has also hired four full-time mental health professionals and encourages his team to talk openly about mental health issues.
