Ohio State is back in the College Football Playoff, making a third appearance under Ryan Day after missing the field in 2021. This time around, the Buckeyes snuck into the Playoff as a 4-seed and without a B1G Championship following the loss to Michigan.

As a result, Day and company earned a matchup against the defending national champs in Atlanta, a matchup that will likely feel like a home game for the Bulldogs out of Athens. And while the world might be favoring Kirby Smart’s Georgia program, the Buckeyes are preparing for “Ohio against the world” on Saturday.

“We know you don’t want us here. We know you don’t think we deserve this opportunity, but that’s just how we want it,” said Kamryn Babb in an amazing hype video dropped Thursday night. “We have fought to get this shot… all we need is an opportunity at this one game, this one moment.

“And now, we have this opportunity. One game that can change our legacy forever.”

With Ohio sports betting coming at the end of the month, you can pre-register today and get hundreds of dollars in bonus bets to use on the Buckeyes, NFL games and other sports:

Ohio State might enter this game as underdogs, but that’s not going to matter come kickoff. With extra time to prepare and a Heisman finalist in quarterback CJ Stroud, look for the Buckeyes to come out swinging in Atlanta.

The New Year’s Eve kickoff is set for 8 pm ET on ESPN.
