Ohio State goes on the road this weekend to take on Rutgers in Piscataway, NJ.

Most years, this would be a bloodbath with the Buckeyes blowing out the Scarlet Knights.

However, Greg Schiano, in his second stint with the team, has the Scarlet Knights looking much more like a B1G football team.

The Scarlet Knights are 3-1 (0-1 B1G); they played No.14 Michigan to the wire, losing a defensive battle 20-13.

Star DT  Haskell Garrett for the Buckeyes had this to say about the improvement he has seen with this Rutgers team.

“This isn’t the Rutgers it used to be,” said Garrett, according to Bill Rabinowitz, beat writer for Ohio State for the Dispatch. “It’s a great football team.”

Garrett this season has 16 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, 1 fumble recovery and a touchdown.

In his time with the Buckeyes, Garrett has 56 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, 2 pass deflections, 1 interception, 1 touchdown, and a fumble recovery.

The Buckeyes and the Scarlet Knights square off at 3:30 ET on BTN this Saturday afternoon.
