Ohio State issues injury update on RB Miyan Williams, other key players before Maryland game

Ohio State has a conference tilt with Maryland on Saturday.

The Buckeyes have released their injury report ahead of the game with the Terrapins.

The Buckeyes have 10 players that will be unavailable and 3 players who will be a game-time decision.

The most notable of the 10 players who is out again is RB Miyan Williams. This season, Williams has played in 4 games and has 249 yards on 7.8 yards per carry and 1 touchdown.

The 3 game-time decision players are WR Julian Fleming, CB Demario McCall and DE Tyreke Smith.

Fleming this season has 2 receptions for 17 yards on 8.5 yards per reception. McCall has switched over from the WR position to the CB position. Smith has 8 tackles and 1 tackle for loss this season.

Buckeye fans will hope that these players will be available against the high-flying Maryland offense for today’s game.

Maryland is 4-1 on the year, and its only loss is against No. 3 Iowa 51-14. Ohio State is 4-1 on the year, and its only defeat is against No. 8 Oregon 35-28.
