Ohio State lands elite OL out of Texas for 2021 class

Ohio State picked up a big win in recruiting on Wednesday!

This time, it came out of Bellaire, Texas with Donovan Jackson picking the Buckeyes over offers from Alabama, Georgia, Stanford, and Texas. Jackson made his commitment at Episcopal High School via video live stream.

According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Jackson is a four-star recruit and the No. 11 OG nationally for 2021. He is also the No. 57 overall player nationally and No. 7 player out of Texas for the class.

Listed at 6-foot-4 and 308 lbs., Jackson certainly has the size to be a difference-maker. Here’s a look at his highlights from Hudl:
