Each week, the Earl Campbell Award is given to the county’s top Player of the Week.
Rivalry week concluded this past weekend, and so any player winning this award is likely to feel pretty good about themselves this time of year.

For Ohio State, the Buckeyes dismantled their hated rival, Michigan, 56-27. J.K. Dobbins, the team’s running back, had a massive day, rushing 31 times for a career-high 211 yards and four touchdowns. He was rewarded accordingly:

Again, Dobbins absolutely did his part to help give Ohio State its eighth consecutive win over Michigan. While this award is an awesome one to achieve, it’s the win against Michigan that Dobbins will remember forever.
It means that much in Columbus.
