Ohio State will be without two key contributors against Michigan State according to reports.

Linebackers Jerome Baker and Dante Booker will not suit up for the Buckeyes in the Week 11 bout, according to Bucknuts. The news was reported early Saturday morning but no reason was given for the absences.

Bucknuts stated that a request for comment was not returned by the university.

Those are significant losses for Ohio State, especially in a game of this magnitude. The winner between the Buckeyes and the Spartans will take the poll position in the B1G East and will all but lock up a spot in the B1G Championship Game on Dec. 2.

Baker has totaled 44 tackles this season, including 4.5 stops for loss for the Buckeyes. Booker has 31 stops, five tackles for loss and an interception on the year.

Michigan State-Ohio State are slated to kick at noon ET and the game will be televised on FOX.
