Ohio State WR becomes the latest Buckeye to lose black stripe

For the third time in two days, an Ohio State player lost his black stripe and officially become a Buckeye. Freshman wide receiver Reis Stockdale is the latest addition to Ohio State’s Zone 6.
Ohio State announced the move on its Twitter account:

The 5-foot-11, 185-pound Stockdale amassed 38 receptions for almost 900 yards and 11 touchdowns during his senior season of high school, en route to earning First-team All-Ohio by the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association.
No. 5 Ohio State is currently tied for second with No. 6 Michigan behind No. 9 Michigan State in the B1G East. The Buckeyes are coming off a bye week and will travel to face Indiana on Oct. 23 (7:30 p.m. EST/ABC).
Ohio State leads the all-time series 76-12-5 vs. Indiana and has a 25-game winning streak vs. the Hoosiers. Indiana’s last victory vs. Ohio State in the series was in 1988.
