Ohio State isn’t going to go away quietly, especially in Columbus.

After Oregon made it 21-7 off a big play, the Buckeyes came right back and scored to cut the deficit to 7, thanks to receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

CJ Stroud threaded the needle perfectly on his pass and Smith-Njigba made no mistake with the catch.

This game has been a dogfight for the Buckeyes even though some people across college football didn’t expect it to be. After all, Oregon is playing without 2 of their best players on defense in Justin Flowe and Kayvon Thibodeaux.

Shortly after this touchdown though, Oregon marched right back down the field and pushed the lead back up to 2 touchdowns.

For the game so far, Smith-Njigba has 3 receptions for 67 yards, plus that touchdown. Quarterback CJ Stroud has had an up-and-down day as he has 290 yards passing on 23 completions with 2 touchdown passes.

You can catch the rest of the game on FOX.
