There’s been a change of plans out of Columbus. Ohio State wide receiver Chris Olave won’t be making the trip to B1G Media Days this week, after all.

Eleven Warriors reported on Tuesday that Olave will not be attending the event in Indianapolis this week. He will be replaced by tight end Jeremy Ruckert. He will be joining offensive tackle Thayer Munford and defensive end Zach Harrison at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Per Eleven Warriors, there was no specific reason for the late swap and there “are no issues” with Olave.

Ohio State is scheduled to take part in the B1G Media Days event on Friday. Ryan Day will be at the podium from 12:30-12:45 p.m. ET and Harrison, Munford and Ruckert will all be available to meet with reporters from 1:15-2:15 p.m. ET.

Ruckert is projected to be one of the top tight ends in college football for the upcoming season.
