Fox Sports enjoyed a day full of strong ratings thanks to Ohio State-Nebraska and West Virginia-Texas, according to its public relations department.

Ohio State (8-1, 6-0 Big Ten) narrowly escaped Nebraska (2-7, 1-5) on Saturday afternoon 36-31, needing a second-half comeback and to hold off the improving Cornhuskers while keeping its College Football Playoff hopes alive. Later in the day, West Virginia rallied late to beat Texas on the road, captivating a wide audience with a thrilling, game-winning two-point conversion to win 42-41 with 16 seconds left in the game.
